Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy
We do not accept Returns on our products. All sales are final unless approved by management.
If a refund is requested and approved, we will refund only on the credit/debit card originally processed if that was the method of payment, or by cash if that was the method of payment. The transaction will be processed within a few days of the request.
Items that are defective or damaged will be replaced. Once the defective/damaged item is received, we will replace or substitute a similar item if the original item is not available. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more questions.
We utilize Stamps.com or USPS for our shipping needs. Items are shipped within 1- 2 days of ordering unless a designated later ship date is requested. Returned items are shipped at your expense and should be sent to 4812 John F Kennedy Boulevard, North Little Rock, AR 72116. If items are valued over $50, we suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchase additional shipping insurance. If you received a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
